When do I use the lobster in the recipe???

The Red Lobster Bahama Mama recipe is pretty simple to reproduce at home:
- 1 jigger Myers dark rum
- 1 jigger Bacardi light or Captain Morgans spiced rum
- 1/4 c. Sweet & Sour mix
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Pina-Colada mix
- Splash of Grenadine
Mix well and serve in a chilled cup.
